Just got finished checking out some other post of a '73 Supa fuzz and to my ears the sound was just so undesirable and raspy! This one sounds totally amazing!! Could use for metal music even modern metal genres!

Uhh...you conveniently neglect to mention that the Supa Tonebender is essentially a part-for-part clone of a violet Ram's Head Big Muff minus the first stage clipping diodes and coupling capacitors (and indeed the earliest ones have through-holes in their boards for those components, showing that at some point it was intended to have these caps and diodes)! Really the Supa isn't a "Tone Bender" in the usual sense at all - it's a Big Muff (and an absolutely cracking one too; just ask Grant Nicholas of Feeder)!

I have two Jumbo Tone benders, a black one and another that has the “sausage logo.” Is the blended clean signal supposed to be so pronounced? They are both very bass heavy as well.
