Yeah the 3 axis gimbal is a step up from LT version when it comes to stabilization, although the EIS on the LT does a pretty good job.

I mainly fly FPV quads, if this was my primary drone, I'd get the fly more version of the 3 axis gimbal drone you have.

Sorry, not sure, I basically just using the out of the box settings other than setting the resolution to 1080p instead of the 2k

Great review! I just bought the drone and it will be at my place tomorrow! My first drone was a Potensic T25 with just 6 minutes of flight time, so the 35-40 minute flight time on this model will be a wonderful anti-anxiety bonus. One feature I'm curious about though--not a deal killer if it doesn't exist, but can this drone focus on you and automatically circle around you? Or lock onto you from a distance and then fly back at you while keeping you in focus on its own?

Thanks. Besides the camera resolution and 3 axis gimbal, the other difference between the LT and regular Atom is the intelligent flight features. The regular Atom uses the camera to do the tracking whereas the LT uses the controller's location to follow you. Regular Atom gives more flexibility in tracking, but the follow me and circle function of the LT work just fine for me

Yeah, that is what they advertise. If you want something fast, get an FPV drone. - This ATOM LT drone is light and made mainly out of plastic. It is not going to take a crash very well

@@GorillamansGarage after I used this for a while, I think the problem is dynamic range sucks, so it washes out the color. In most of the video, the sun is behind me and the sky is not the focus.

@@BryonGaskin : All the Atom crafts have the same camera. The 3x does better than most with the same hardware but it is still only a 1/3" sensor... at least 4-5 yr old tech.

Actually better than I was expecting. I typically fly for about 20 mins or so and have about 35 to 40% battery life left. I am probably recording video 80% of the time @ 1080p. I think 40 mins is pushing it, but 35 seems entirely possible, just have not felt the need to fly that long with this drone. Compared to a 5 inch racing drone.........It is slow and there is no Acro mode.

I purchased this drone for 180 plus tax on Amazon, nobody can expect in this price range for a drone to compare to a dji that's 3 times more. However for this price it's above its value hands down, great battery life, GPS, fly home when signal is lost automatically at 400 feet to avoid trees/houses. Very easy to operate with a clear camera an video. If you expect more then this it's simple go spend 3 times more an you'll get that. However this thang is a monster I flew over 4 blocks away an the cars looked like toys I was so high, it also shows when not in clear site where your drone is on the phone so you can be aware of the direction your flying in. Big treat even better to mention you can set waypoints an mark them an the drone will fly to each 1 of them an hover once it hits the last way point. Mind blowing drone a must have I'm very impressed. 😎

Can we use battery pack from atom se? Because this LT model doesn't have fly more combo :(

Not sure. If you were going to get one with the fly more pack you might as well get the ATOM 3 Axis Gimbal. There's a fly more version of that one and it is only $150 more than this drone. Currently as of Sept 2024, the LT sells for $199 and the ATOM 3 axis gimbal version with 4k sells for $349. The stand alone 2 battery plus rapid charger is $130 on Amazon, for an additional $20 you could get the 3 axis gimbal, 4k, the additional intelligent features, plus an additional battery. To me this drone is for someone who wants their first GPS drone and are not sure if they will fly a lot.

Todas las baterías son intercambiables entre drones potensic,tanto para Atom, Se y Lt. Tener cuidado porque según en el modelo q la coloques el peso del dron aumenta. Realize ésta misma consulta en Potensic

In the SE you can at least !! It passes the 250g but for people with A1 and A3 licence is great dont worth buying the SE battery anymore ! you get 8 minutes more !
