I think 4 good coats of snow would give you the look. It likes to be thick to get that oil spotting. Nice kiln unload!

I would probably give up on the blisters. I will love the colors. 4:07 looks like you need more snow. 5:52 I really like that one. So pretty.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'll just bring that mug with little blisters home to stay.....a unique one. I'll be putting the egg separator in the next load with more snow layers, it can only get better. I just rolled a matching soap dish holder for that kimshi base at 5:52. It was good at cone 5 and light red clay. Your comments are appreciated.

Hey, Andrea! I wish I could help with the oilspot effect. Mine turned out the same way. Is that Peppered Plum or Purple Aster? Personally, I would give up on the mug, BUT shoot!...what a beautiful glaze combo! Nice opening! Thank you!😊

Hi Audrey. I'm going to take that mug home... with my collection of "best shots". Another coat of snow can only help...stay turned. Its peppered plum. Do you use either? I'm always trying to get nice pink and purple combinations. Do you like them? So many new glazes coming out, hard to choose.

Hi again Audrey! Last night l checked my order on the computer and saw that it says peppered plum…BUT I’m in my studio now and see that they gave me purple aster. Oh well, it’s nice, that explains my confusion. You do know your glazes! Do you have peppered plum?

@andreanolan7862 Hahaha! Hey, Andrea! I thought it looked quite lavender for Peppered Plum! 😊 You asked about pink combinations. I have done quite a few combinations using different pinks: Rose Quartz, Pink Gloss, Flux Blossom, Amarayllis, Raspberry Mist, etc... It's a bummer we can't post photos here. It just way too tedious to write them all out. I have them on my kiln openings, but THAT'S way too tedious for YOU to go back and look. 🤷‍♀️ Enjoy your FAB mug!
