Omg how do the pups stay clean?! My dog ended up having pups (a dog jumped into our yard and got her preggo right before we were supposed get her fixed) and they are 4.5 weeks old and they are not doing well with potty training and they end up getting the mush and their pee/poop all over themselves 😖 they sometimes end up sleeping in their poop

Surround them with their potty area and it will only get better! They will walk a little and then pee or poop.

No she’s not. She’s a backyard breeder. And in her state every shelter is bursting at the seems. She’s literally the worst of the worst.

When you have two litters of puppies together do they tend to stay/ play more with their siblings/ litter mates or does it make a difference?

Hi! I was wondering if you do anything for their pottying before you move them to this area, and start them on the trays? I've heard about the Misty method that basically starts potty training them really young but wondering if it was a good idea or not. I love your channel by the way!

Thanks for watching! I haven’t heard of the misty method I’ll have to look that up! I don’t do anything else before 4 weeks. I tried putting pads down without the top. But some of my moms would just move them away! 🤣

Hi, When they transition away form mom how often do they eat puppy mush and when do you start giving them a water dish?

They have access to puppy mush constantly. 3-4x a day I make sure it’s liquid enough and add in some goats milk if it’s needed.

At 4-5 weeks when they wean the mom dog goes back to their family. They get so excited to be with their regular family!

They are not backyard breeders. They are definitely professional breeders. There is nothing wrong with breeding dogs. Some people want a certain kind of dog.

@@srgrlass they are absolutely backyard breeders. Do you mean professional exploiters? Yes there is thousands of things wrong with breeding dogs. If people want a certain type of dog go to a shelter. If you can’t find it there (1, I don’t believe you) and 2, you don’t get a dog! They aren’t purses. Worry about what fits in your house not an aesthetic.
