Chai! The pounder is an expert ooo. You really turned it nicely. Once you know how do something, it doesn't matter how long you are away from it. You will still have it......beautifully done and explained

Eiii the pounder is great ooo. The Turner also did an amazing job after 20 years. I wouldn't dare koraa because I'm afraid my fingers will smashed🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Yummilicious ❤️

Oh the pounder is indeed amazing. turner says thank you😂😂😂. Oh saa, I don't think the pounder would that wicked to smash your hand like that. I remember growing up on a compound house, there were about 4 old women who love to eat fufu but did. to have a pounder so they would call Collins, a young boy to pound the fufu. Collins intentionally smashed all their hands and they stopped calling him to pound😂😂😂😂😂

I think plantains always pound first whiles hot and soft to get smooth texture and also to prevent it from becoming cold and hard that may cause more lumps and rough texture,that’s explanation from my family.great share and presentation 🙏👍😋😋

That was truly amazing watching you both, thank you. What is the difference when you use machines to mix and was the casava left to ferment or just cooked after peeling?
@bezalea2 жыл бұрын
you are most welcome dear. No, we cook the cassava straight away, we don't let it ferment at all. There is no difference really when you use a food processor but when your machine is not very good, you may get lots of lumps. Thank you dear 🙏🏾
