Impressive! I have just bought a La Pavoni Europiccola, and am trying to get to know how to use it well. May I ask what coffee you are using, and how finely you are grinding it? Do you find that the puck screen makes a difference? And finally, are you using skimmed or whole milk? Thanks!

@@davidhedley1225 Congratulations on your new machine. We are Bplus cafe and the agent of La Pavoni😌. Of course, we use our own roasted coffee beans. In addition, you may not know that the Puck Screen currently on the market was introduced into the coffee market by Bplus (the “Puck Screen” named by us). It helps to avoid the high-pressure hot water impact the coffee grounds puck during extraction which can avoid channeling effects and achieve more uniform extraction. On the other hand, it helps keep the shower screen on the machine clean from contamination by coffee grounds and the accumulation of coffee grease. Check 5:18 I used to put another protafilter to cooling down the group head temperature before the next shot.
