Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 tortilla
10 Grape tomatoes
15g Diced onion
20g Green onion
15g Parsley
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper

Pour water in the bowl
Dip a tortilla in the water
Place in a pan
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Pour in the pan
Add chopped parsley
Add crushed pepper (optional)
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Dip another tortilla into the water
Place that tortilla on top
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat
Flip over
Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce on top
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Salami
Add some sliced tomato
Spinach
Salt
Mozzarella cheese
Cook for another 5 minutes

Myself I whip the eggs in a bowl with creamer and seasoning and precook the veggies onions peppers tomatoes and I like some meat ham, bacon, sausage or all 3 then pour on to the tortilla add cheese on top and then the parsley last after it comes out of the oven 😊

I just made this! Really good and easy!! I did mix my eggs in a bowl then poured in. Added the veggies I wanted and cheese and baked!! I also added diced up ham.

I am all about everything in these recipes accept the tomatoes theyre gross cold and even worse hot(unless its marinana or some other tomato based sauce) I would replace the 🍅 with sausage or bacon om for sure gonna try making one after next shopping trip

I love taking recipes and playing around them making them my own recipe. With the 1st and the 2nd ones, they reminded me of something I used to order at iHop, Grilled Chicken Floorentine but out of crepes. You just change up some of the ingredients. Prepare the torties like in the video and add onions, mushrooms, bake then cover with hollindase sauce and spinkle chopped parsley. You can add tomatoes if you want. I will try it all 3 ways. I'll try to find more things to add or take away from the original recipes.

I bought a really nice one from Walmart a year ago for $30.. I'm also in ND but anyway it's Tramontina.. No stick/can fill in tree oven up to 425°/ 12inch diameter... I use it all the time!!!
