- 3 1/2 cups of flour (350g)
- 1 cup of sugar (160g)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup cooking oil (150ml)
- 1 1/4 cup of milk (250ml)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (5g)
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk (395g)

My NC aunt buttered a pan. Added a large can of peaches. Topped it with a cake mixture had a stick of butter mixed in it( no eggs or oil or water) . Baked 350 for about 30 minutes. It was a wonderful cobbler.

We normally call that a dump cake. People spread a cake mix over fruit or fruit pie filling and dot it with a cut-up stick of butter or drizzle melted butter over it evenly. The filling and the butter together provide the moisture for the dry cake mix. There are whole cookbooks devoted to this technique, because there is a great variety of possible ingredients and ways of doing it.
