I love that you include everything! Please don’t let one person impact how detailed your videos are. People that don’t need to watch certain parts may simply fast forward! I actually wish you would include the drip to illustrate the thickness once you are ready to apply your colors after being tested so we can try to get a visual of the optimal consistency - so I guess I want more, not less information xoxo

resin isnt like acrylic where you have a certain consistancy, it is what it is when the two parts are mixed, the colors dont change that unless you add too much fluid type colorant, such as liquid dyes or pastes. I learned you can add up to 10% of the volume of the amount of resin you are mixing. such as one tenth of an ounce to one ounce of resin or 1 gram to 10 grams resin. hope this helps you

Julie, Don't worry about the bored people! They can't be too bored if they have time to watch you and comment. I am just learning and I prefer to hear and see it all, the good the bad and the ugly. I appreciate the time and money you put into your craft and your videos, not all of us can afford many mistakes, so we HAVE to learn from you. Thank uou! 💗🙏

Please don't listen to negative comments, trust me they don't reflect the thoughts of the vast majority of your subscribers. Plus, please never think that we are bored. I love your creations & seeing how you go through the whole process start to finish is important. Today you showed how to tell when the colours were ready & when they needed more alcohol. It is obvious you both take pride and find joy in the creative process. It's understandable that any negativity would bother you. You have a large, strong and loyal group of subscribers. I believe if you actually create a list or a spreadsheet re both negative and positive feedback you would have proof enough to help you realize your video style is not only entertaining it is also preferred by the vast majority of your viewers. (I recall my recent post that included my appreciation for your thorough coverage of each and every step involved in your process, specifically the 'test piece'. Actually seeing your process enables your viewers to realize being thorough and having patience is definitely important.) All-too-often nay-sayers can be sad or miserable or jealous or a combination oof the three. Julie, you are doing great work! You encourage and entertain your viewers as you share your knowledge. Creating that welcoming atmosphere enables viewers to be more receptive to the learning process. I wish a few other KZbin creators shared your approach. Keep up the great work! I always enjoy your videos.

It is too bad that people think they need to say negative things. It is also good to see all the comments that agree with me. I like the details you provide and how you talk through process. Don’t change what you do for one negative nelly. I mean it is ridiculous to make a negative comment when they can plainly see how long the video is and they can fast forward past sections they think they don’t want to watch. As Tim Holtz says if you don’t have something nice to say then find something nice to say

I don't do acrylic painting or resin art, but I love watching it. I like seeing the whole process of the art being made. Besides, there is such a thing as fast forward/skip ahead. Many times when I hear you say how long the video is, I say to myself, "That's alright Julie. If people don't want to watch it they can fast forward it. Don't worry about it. Take your time." Sadly some people like to be negative. Same thing with people disliking a video for no reason other than they can.

Hi Julie, I almost never comment but I felt I had to make an exception because of that mean lady: I really like your videos, I specially like that they are so long, raw, unedited, detailed... Also, I'm watching you from Argentina, so I learn about resin and also learn Australian English while I'm at it! Your videos are not too long! We all have controls -- skip parts (not me, love it all!) or watch at a faster speed! If a video is too long, why choose to watch? Anyway, these are beautiful! It's cool the way some colors drop further than others, and each feathers in it's own way. I've been hoping you would try some metallics or glittery or iridescent colors! I'd also love some beachy ones with a tan (sand) background. I like when there are little bits where you can see right through! You do a great job with all the explanations and experiments! You don't need to change anything, because you naturally change and the videos just get better ane better! Thanks, Julie!! Take care and stay safe! We love you!!

If I were to buy one I would definitely want you to send me the exact one I chose. I would just put a little sticky label on them with a number and sell them by number. Really enjoyed watching the process. Don’t listen to the haters, anybody looking for fast tutorials is in the wrong craft. This is resin after all, it takes forever. Take care and stay safe!
