Hi there.. big fan of your work. Your videos are so inspiring! A quick tip for you and anyone reading this... If you get little resin bits, mica powder, or glitter on your silicone molds, using a sticky paper lint roller on your mold will pick it all up. With pressure, just rub the roller back and forth to catch all the little things on the sticky paper.

I know this video was a year ago but you just described what I accidentally did recently trying to replicate some of your techniques. I thought I had to wait until the resin was quite thick before putting in the inks and I ended up creating my first real pieces of actual art. 😁They turned out very nice indeed. Really enjoy watching what you create and trying those things myself.

Interesting! They are stunning but if I had to pick a favorite it would be the last one. It made me think of small lacy fossils. But the teal/blue/orange ones were so colorful and fun. Too many lovely choices!

I think the reason the Orange is brighter on the other one is it's the color you started with so it spread more on the muddy one the blue spread further out because it's the one you started with

I learned about the way white will drop to the bottom with my first experiments, so after that I decided to try A different method. I was using egg shaped molds, so after adding my colors to the top I would take a toothpick, dip it into the white and then plunge it into the bottom of the mold, sometimes swirling on the way down, sometimes swirling it on the way up. It made wonderful galaxy type feather swirl patterns.

Yes, alcohol inks do evaporate. The alcohol does. The ink/pigment dries out. Beautifully done!

Julie, try just saturating the popsicle stick with white and than swirl it, instead of just dripping white in and swirling 😁🥰

If those globs of color on the bottom bother you, you can get rid of them by drilling them out one at a time then add clear resin to fill in the holes. Myriam of myriams nature shows how. I love them, my favorites are the ones with orange , it’s like the morning sun!
