Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
60g butter
27g flour
800ml beef stock
10g cornstarch
40g ketchup
2tbsp worcester sauce
1tsp tabasco sauce
1tbsp dried oregano
1tbsp dried thyme
1tbsp smoked paprika
100g bacon
100g cheese curds
Parsley

I'm Canadian and I used to be addicted to chicken, mushroom gravy poutine. Soak the chopped potato in water for an hour before frying, then do a double fry. Make sure to pat down the potatos taken from water before frying. I loved it with grated parm or asiago and mozza😊. Your gravy like flipped my world upside down, seeing ketchup but it looked AMAZING

Nice twist to a classic. I found a great recipe online a year or so ago and it literally takes 30min to make homemade fries and gravy. Next time I make it I'll add in some of these seasonings and see how it turns out.

He's done fine, we know what the chap meant & it's obviously not his first language. Yanks slurring an eternal-adjacent worceshtecester.....shy-yeeeer & then giggling is easily 100x more annoying than a polyglot doing a slightly hard 'ch'. Pronunciations vary a fukton between postcodes & social class in Britain anyway, more so for tricky long old words that have a load of letters purely for decoration/historical reasons. In my neck of the woods it's about 50/50 beteen wooster/woostershire-sauce.
