POV- A barista shift at a cafe from 2050...

Today I'm working over at Castiglione which is right in the heart of London by Trafalgar Square. This cafe takes inspiration from 2001 A Space Odyssey, with its futuristic interior and 136 inch TV screen. This displays an array of visuals to compliment the excellent level of espresso being brewed.
The machine today is a slayer which has 2 presets- if the paddle is pushed into the middle this is 'position 1' if it is pushed all the way to the left the this is 'position 2'. Position 1 id for the main espresso and position 2 is for the guest espresso. Both have their own pre infusion settings and specific recipes build in.
These are all the clips I captured from a 6 hour shift and there's more to come in the next week as well...
