He clearly tries to do too much sometimes. While steaming, he knocked out the puck...uh...then what? Just leaves the portafilter there because he realises he needs two hands. Doesn't really save any time at all. Just trying to look cool for the camera. Gets old fast when you know what actual efficiency is. Economy of movement. Not flamboyance for the sake of it.

La Marzocco, The system's called the Modbar 👍🙃 Fun but has lots of issues/is high maintenance. There was a cafe that swapped their Steam Module 16 times. Ours has leaking issues, inconsistency, sensitive levers, etc. So... keep that in mind 😂
