Sweet build brother! Im making 600whp on 93 and AWD as well.. G30-900, Also PPG, but dog 1-2, and PPG helical/syncro 3-4 and stock 5-6 with 4.0FD. Running electronic AC from a Prius and electric PS.. Got lucky talking to bilstein and got my hands on an ep3 b16 set of shocks and they helped me run the porsche/bmw damptronic system on them so I can remotely lower and rise the car but also change dampening setting on the fly. Im also a built k20/24. Supertech head, CP pistons 10:1, turbo tuff rods, and the CP upgraded wrist pins. Coolest part of my build is the thermo-met sidewinder and turbo housing for heat protection.. I saw GAS use it on his awd Type R and I had to have it!.. Its sooo cool!. Works fantastic too!

@@itachisolosmadara "electric" I meant to say lol.. And yes, had my AC guy work in the electric compressor from a Prius(either 04-06 Prius or 07-09 ill have to confirm that).. TBH, Im not sure exactly how he did it in technical detail, as I know next to nothing about AC components, especially electric ones, but pretty much, he ran the AC amplifier(AC ecu for the electric compressor) thru my Fuel Tech. He worked with my Tuner and somehow they wired it up to work thru my normal Factory controls. It only has 1 setting(speed) sadly, but its good enough and gets plenty cold and does the job. If you want more detailed technical info, ask any questions and I can try to get you answers from them. I only did this because the car originally had no AC, and my AC guy, who is also a huge car enthusiast, suggested it with my build so their would be no parasitic loss on the engine side since I was already running electric PS.

Pretty sure that was around 2011 or so.. But yeah, my profile picture is how the car still looks and I kept the look and engine bay the same out of respect after I bought the car back in 2014.

@@sbgken The Turbos muffle the exhaust so a straight piped turbo car is not going to be as loud as a NA car. The sound obviously changes as well with the turbo fins and wastegate changing the exhaust noise.

I think this TYPE-R has been a very good experience and one that has given you confidence in your life. In particular, the engine of a Honda car is designed to be difficult for human intervention, so it can be quite a struggle for the owner, but once you get used to it, it's not a problem at all. I used to have a 1994 Acura Integra GS-R (Milano Red/Black interior), My favorite car of all the cars I've always had. It was stock but man how sweet those little engines can be, those engines love to be driven hard. I never had any problems with it, just lots and lots of revvvvv happy sounds and on the twisties what awesome fun. That's why I'll always love those snappy Honda engines. Great RSX, Enjoy and be safe. I missed those older Hondas, today's stuff not so much... Besides those cars were inexpensive and they just drove better, your more connected with the car. I have personally owned a few dc5's and f23A1 accords. heck even 4runners and NA miatas. I love the build and respect it. BUT please let the car warm up next time. You give me anxiety. ( Aluminum blocks and heads like my miata and a K series expands with heat. This could cause piston ring gap at low temps and rocker / bearing slap. ) P.S. please shift more efficiently that clutch is screamin. Much love and subbed
