Ryan so glad to see you back! My late husband was born in New Zealand and lived in Pukekohe until he married and moved to Calgary. I was born and brought up in Toronto, Canada and have lived in Calgary for years with my kiwi husband. I am a 78-year-old lady who loves your videos. When I was younger I learned to ski back in Hidden Valley ski resort in Ontario. In those days we only used skis that were so tall that they were to reach the tip of your extended hand. Ridiculous! My first venture on skis was with other teenage friends who took me up to the top of a black diamond run and we learned quickly. No ski outfits … just jeans and a jacket. I’m surprised we didn’t kill ourselves. Anyways, I love watching your videos. Wish I were young again and learned to snowboard.

Yoo! Found you through shorts. You're such a relatable rider. Love the way you talk through how to get better at tricks. Makes me want to finally lock in my skills on boxes, rails, and tubes. I usually hit woods or small jumps. Taking it to the next level this season! Gonna do strictly switch runs some days too. Great content man!

Full agree on the "documentary" kind of boarding uploads. Love just watching you go out and have fun on the mountains.

Love your long videos format, capture essence of snowboard progression (your progress Ryan is awesome), tricks approach breakdown, lift-talks, interactions with people on mountain and overall vibe. My fav YT channel makes me feel like I’m on sesh with you 🙃 I’m coming to my 4th season this year being 34. Started late but being former skateboarder helps and mindset is optimistic. Even slow progression is so rewarding mentally to achieve daily goals or so. Man got to love snowboarding ❤

Love your videos Ryan! 🫶 Snowboard is all about joy and having fun, and for me your videos reflect that I can count with the fingers of one hand the youtube channels where I do not speed forward thru the videos, yours is one of them, always enjoy watching the whole thing and always wishing there was more haha
