There's actually a short manga about this but horror genre. He died after trying to esxape his psycho sister who killed their parents and r grape d him multiple times. He got isekai'd into a couple of rich family and he thought it will be a happily ever after. The problem is, dear sister is also dead and reincarnated and aggressively looking for him again. And she found him. When he's still a toddler and she's a grown woman. So he had to fight her with his isekai powers. It was insane.
