I had to get used to all the quick motion changes-like someone else commented-made me a little motion-sickness, not your fault though you just doing your job and being efficient. Enjoyed watching the video, my parents have worked in restaurants for the past 16 years, and I always hear them talking about how busy it gets but of course there is no way for me to see their pov until this video. The escargot we used are already cooked and in a brine. That's what I was draining
