This comment both insensitive and ignorant. I just had a family member die in a tragic accident on the other side of the country. Many of us will not be able to make the funeral due to financial circumstances but we can send our thoughts and prayers and we believe that our live and God's live will help our family in the difficult time. Honestly anyone mocking people's deeply held religious beliefs that don't harm anyone else makes them a not good person who has issues. But it's OK. I'll pray for you that you someday soften your heart, stop being an internet bully and can someday become a decent human being.

I don't think anyone is against people sending thoughts and prayers, but only dislike it if that's all people do in events instead of taking action 🤔. I work in animal rescue. The number of people who say 'if I won the lottery I'd blah blah blah'. Here is a list of stuff you can do that is free and max a couple hundred bucks. Spay and neuter your pets, adopt, volunteer, donate $5, help someone else spay and neuter their pet, bring us snacks (that one is selfish 😅).

Not just to "watch the other side of the isle" (specifically meaning politics) but managing to do so objectively and without letting emotional attachments to personalities get in the way. This also has the wonderful side effect of boosting your media literacy, something SEVERELY lacking in America.

Absolutely. Just saw a thumbnail post for another video today, describing how humanity has produced more stuff than nature has... OK. 1. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing (the implication typically is, it's bad) and... 2. There's not a damn thing I can do about it (typically the implication is that somehow it's my fault...)
