POV Templar 250cc Ride On The Road

"Vibration Sound Is from Front Headlight* xpro templar 250cc bike. Only modifications are ktm handlebars, 40 tooth jt rear sprocket, Dunlop d605 tires, and currently trying to figure out jetting. this bike does really well especially for how cheap it is. est 60 mph before with the new sprocket but needs to gps verify it.

What's your top speed, can you keep up with highway traffic?

@jonwoodworker I get 72 top speed with 28mm carb little better with 30mm. Factory youall carb didn't have adjustable tang in floats. I cruise everywhere at 55mph comfortable without killing it

Switching the sprocket will up your speed significantly… the carb just gives it a bit better acceleration

almost all stock. I have a 40 tooth rear sprocket for street speeds, and I threw on some dunlop adventure knobby but mixed with street tires. so pretty much stock

Assuming youre on the stock tires 21 knobby front and 18 knobby rear, how does it feel riding on the street?

I'm actually on Dunlop d605s a street / knobby tire. However, the knobbys it came with were alright for the road they didn't seem to want to stop to quick and it had some vibration but great on dirt.

awesome thanks for the quick response! I think I may buy this bike. I've had loads of Chinese bikes. My thing is, I want to be able to fit an xpro 18' wheel to the front. hoping i can find one. either that or do 17 front and back. If I really have to ill just buy a 21' front street tire. going to go for the whole supermoto street look/build. @@gavin-ggez

70 mph with just a 40tooth rear sprocket. I believe from what Ive read in forums if you change the front sprocket you can get 80mph
