Yeah truck driving can be fun. However if you're under I think age 22, you can only drive intrastate and not interstate. Which means you can only drive commercial motor vehicles within your state until you turn legal age for interstate driving. I'm sure you know this stuff already

FLD 120 and Classic xl to me where just good money making machines. Oil change around 12000 miles and replace tires but nothing serious. One of them had a CAT 3406B bought it for $2300 hundred. Bought a cascadia nothing but headaches with the emissions system. Good luck amigo.

Here in Zambia...we don't have logs or ELDs........you run as long as your body can allow you...it's all about stamina...back in the days I used to run 7hrs non stop...but now I take a 20min stop every 5hrs...🇿🇲

Mine weekly is from home to where i fuel is 260 miles. I fuel eat get what i need And then from there i drive 523 miles to my next stop. If its early enough i have dinner and then go another 100 miles or so and shut down. Pretty much run the same freeway so its like clock work lol.have my stops all pre,planned in advance. Unless something pops up. Like truck issue or those nachos from tacobell come knocking lol.

I'm getting 6.4-6.9 mpg with a c15 cat pulling 46klbs on a flatbed. Your truck with that 12.7 Detroit should be getting around the same if not better. You might need to have your ecm tuned.

Wow, 5 mpg is good. Your truck may look pretty but it’s a pig wearing lipstick. You should be looking at a truck with better fuel economy. Cascadia’s should cut your fuel bill in half. A good plan leaving is key to set yourself up for a good day.
