I finally return back on the road I know you guys missed it and so did I but we end up doing a trip up to Atlanta & I also talk stories and the ongoing issues with my Classic.. the trucker life isn’t perfect but it’s what I love to do! Megas just have more consistent freight, they (IMO) had their sales force pick up all the freight on the spot market along with whatever contracts are still being honored in this slow shipping time. However, they're moving it for a ridiculously low price that O/O can't afford to run at.

Sorry, bud its never slow this game is a three-way street "Fleet/Dispatcher/Driver "Company/Broker/Driver" if your old school and can run you will get paid. Unfortunately, you've got to break the barrier if that's the case because 80% of the drivers on the road are self-centered ass holes that don't even bother getting in the right lane knowing they're 65mph "Bottlenecker"... Quick reminder I 70 I =I 66 I= I 62 I. If you call in one day you already fucked yourself, why you ask that dispatcher relies on you to make them money. It's not all about you. Glad you finally got some work. And please don't let Peterbilt screw you out of your money!! Maybe you can try calling Peterbilt headquarters and speak with someone about the problem. There has got to be a way for them to fix it ASAP. They should understand that you just can't have it disassembled,then wait for God knows how long for them to do what ever they have to. Keep your head up,times have to get better. And I Pray it's sooner than later.

I drive for my father we are a 2 truck company pulling reefers we usually run pa to the north west but here lately I’ve been running to Texas while he runs the north west I’m on a few of the load boards I really only have them just to see what the rates are but the rates all across the board just ain’t there like they were a few months ago but my fathers company has pulled for the same brokerage for 20 years and they only thing that has changed rate wise for them is fuel surcharge because of the price of fuel but love your channel every time you post new content I always watch have a good one hope you get your head problem taken care of

Check the hood mount bushing where they come together on firewall. Also check cab mount bushing. Both were bad on mine and caused thumping noise.

Great advice. On my 01 pete front cab mount bushings were about gone. Certain bumps had the familiar bump, bump.

Poppin maybe kingpins and bushings... but itll ride for along time like that.. needs fixed but get the transmission fixed keep oil poored in the motor and run it until truckin picks back up so u can afford the problems u have!! Like ur videos... take care bud

Freight is especially slow up in the midwest. Only thing moving is food or paper really that I've seen. I'm a company driver and the best pay we've had in the past 3 weeks was 1.70 a mile from iowa to Maryland but wasn't paying nothing over a 1.00 back west

On the points, get yourself INC or LLC. Then get that business credit built up, then get a company credit card that gives you rewards then a P/FJ or Loves fuel card.

Go get the visors from a T680 either new or used, they go all the way across the top 4-5 inches of the windshield. Broke up to 3 visors, driver passenger and a small in between.

Most semis do not have synchronizers. Double clutching is needed, but you can always float the gears. Easier, less stress on that left leg as well.
