Don’t leave your new battery bank at the cabin. Leaving the battery in the cold is bad for it. You will love it.
@northernwoodsman3 ай бұрын
@@randym112 yeah it's bad, but not worst then a car. Solar panels are plugged up to it also. So it charges

What altitude is your cabin at. It will be interesting to see how that battery pack device will go paired to solar panels at some point.

Off subject, but did you ever get that 11 gauge W C Scott hammer gun adapted for 12 gauge? Would love to see that in action in a video some time.

@@northernwoodsman I know there are lots of people who are afraid to fire damascus barrelled guns even with black powder. But man that sure looks like a nice one you have there. Hammer guns are fun.

You do not want the battery's internal temp to go below 32° F.

Bluetti is a very good brand and gives Jackery a run for the money. I have a really off brand 300watts that have been pretty good for power outages to keep phone and USB fans charged, paid under $200. US. Like others said do not leave it at the cabin in freezing weather unless you build a heavily insulated box. Enjoy the light it gives you. If you have Harbor Freight Store you can get a 100watt solar panel really cheap.

@@jbthor9032 won't really be needing the metal one after the roof. It's to long. But yeha I could fix it. I'd need to make a proper plank ladder that's safe and solid.

You have to invest in yourself to succeed in any endevor. Practice with the new camera, expect great footage at first, it all takes time.
