The greatest thing about Alex and this channel is that it is authentic. We see the good stuff and we see sometimes mistakes and equipment malfunctions and they work through it. If the mistakes were edited out this channel would be boring. Alex doesn’t edit them out. He lets us see it for what it is and that is what makes this channel extremely special. And addictive! We love the long videos. Hello to Amber! Watching from Atlanta GA.

As someone who helped run a couple restaurants with my dad many years ago, I can tell you that Alex is worth his weight in gold to an owner - not only is he darn good at what he does (he's wired with that blessing of organization skills on the fly!) but he also gives a damn about it, too. That work ethic is truly hard to find these days, it really is. Good on you, Alex! - Ed on the Ridge

Alex is fast, and organized, but it seems that the server is slow getting the food out

So I randomly got recommended a video of you having to make 40 burritos and now Im hooked. There's something about watching you run the kitchen. So intense. Between the ticket printer issues and lack of shredded cheese, feels like a stressful day. Hopefully you'll get the printer issue resolved soon.

I love watching cooking povs while eating, and this channel is my favorite. I don't cook myself. I found it really hard to do, so I have a lot of respect for those who have this skill. Alex, you are the most incredible chef I've ever seen, handling the kitchen all by yourself. Hugs from Brazil 😊

Hats off to you, my friend. I love all types of cooking, and watch all types of cooking shows. Yours is unique, as it shows real-time, real-life food prep for real people. It is obvious that you give a damn, too. We can see it just in the care you take on each order. But the best part about your channel... It is hypnotically, mesmerizing and soothing. Like comfort food itself! Thanks so much for all you do!

First time watching anything from this channel, and I've watched a lot of similar POV ones.. However, this the best I've ever witnessed. The raw footage and not "Montaging" the crap out of things, was awesome.. Shows what a real kitchen looks like - mistakes, complaining, mess-ups and real life"... I subscribed, and I am recommending this channel to others. Way to go... Ps.. Please make me breakfast ;-)
