Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.

Investors should be cautious about their exposure and be wary of new buys, especially during inflation. Such high yields in this recession is only possible under the supervision of a professional or trusted advisor.

I appreciate your approach to teaching.. To my understanding this just proves how much we need an edge as investors because playing the market like everyone else just isn’t good enough, we just need to hold onto our hopes and wait to see how things turn out because market movements are almost always unpredictable. yes i agree and right now the markets are going berserk right now. This is the best time to watch them, get to know them better, and strike when the opportunity presents itself. For real, people underestimate how much they can rake in from the stock market. Started with $127k just before the pandemic hit. One of the main reasons I have a portfolio coach supervise my daily investment decisions is that their whole skill set is focused on trading long and short at the same time, using profit-oriented strategies and avoiding risk as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. When paired with insider information and analysis, underperformance is exceedingly difficult. Since employing a coach for around two years, the return on investment has topped one million five hundred thousand dollars.

Child labor in third world country? Are u saying they’re hard work is not enough thats why they never become successful? Your funny lol. Sometimes environment/ country plays a big factor to become successful and also luck. If you actually look at the billionaires. They barely do hard work. Let’s take a look at Warren buffet, he didnt work hard. He studied the market. He studied finance. He didnt carry bricks behind his back to become multi billionaire. Hard work scheme is a BS system. Kiyosaki currently has a net worth of around $100million and is said to make around $1million per month from his investments (both real estate and licensing). Kiyosaki is not bankrupt in his personal capacity, even though some of his companies have gone bankrupt. While Kiyosaki filed for corporate bankruptcy for his company Rich Global LLC in 2012, this was separate from his personal finances.

No, he filed for company liquidation multiple times but was never a bankrupted individual. Understand the difference. Planned liquidation, is a strategic director tool to draw against the companies business loan. The resultant loan repayment against tax paid is usually profitable if the intent was solely the purpose of profitable fore closure. This topic is real high end finance and I am no accountant so research it yourself. If done intelligently, and with soft state scrutiny, it is nearly impossible to disprove that your man is just a bad businessman, as you say, 15 times over. As your wealth grows, so too does your tax knowledge. A liquidated business can be a wonderful thing for the investor and the state if you know what you are doing. Robert is an awesome businessman. He is certainly no mentor for the working class and his discourses to the working class without capital credibility and no hope of achieving what he has is also another awesome business idea. There is a time and place to seek your Guru. If he comes to you... he is not your Guru or any Guru for that matter.

The fact that you have this 'perception' that filing for bankruptcy is a red flag or negative is probably an indicator of how much you know about the nuances of business. Restructuring, liquidation, etc etc...are all strategies based on tools that are privileges of owning business. You're thinking purely from a stigma, image standpoint of the word 'bankruptcy' in society (aka the average dumb person). Just saying. I'm almost 100% sure I'm right about your assumption. But I'll leave it at that.

My Fellow Americans This is Derrek Collins. I'm running for President of the United States in 2024. I'm your write - in Candidate. I'm an Independent. My Fellow Americans what you need is American leadership. American investment. American business. Nothing Foreign. No Foreigners are Americans. No Americans are Foreigners. What does Mr. Kiyosaki workers have to say about him ? What about his real estate tenants ? My Fellow Americans you must realize. People like Mr. Kiyosaki and Donald Trump are in the same category. You never get to hear from the people that work, do business with or their customers. Donald Trump did the exact same thing when he wrote the book " The Art of the Deal" It's an Illusion. My Fellow Americans you don't know what's going on behind the scenes with these individuals. They are Gaming the System as well. Vote for me and I will stop the Flim Flaming.

Good motivations you always bring, but to say atleast,it hard to beat the multi billion project called poverty that is imposed to societies, like Africa which is good example of how western countries destroyed african people and imposed poverty to them, you talk of income to people without anything even land is owned by foreign white people, black people enslaved to below poverty income by western industrial development, unable to even buy food to eat,can you describe the foundation to start building wealth in that, maybe we are not from the same world i am sure, there are real situations out there

Kinda funny how the reason this guy’s “poor” dad was unable to afford to take care of his family is because this guy’s “rich” dad (pay employees as little as possible/don’t pay your fair share of taxes/do whatever you can to cut corners and increase profits/lobby to screw the little guy) was irresponsible in his debt to society by not paying his fair share toward higher education. So, his “rich” dad may have had the money, but was poor in social ethics and community. His “poor” dad was wealthy in honesty and ethics.
