that's where less muscle work will come in play thus directly impacting the mechanics.

Yes, also with spikes he would hit different joint angles, look at his right foot at touchdown. That foot would have landed later, increasing angle between torso/tibia, which would be more parallel.

Yes, look at his first step. Totally flat footed. Angles are off. He looks especially weird in the normal speed video.. probably the result of insufficient field knowledge to check the awfulness of this take.

This is not how we see in main competition see the first step here its very long if you see slow mo of asafa in competition its very diffrent dont think that this first step is very imp of athletes ther dont do it like this they just showing in front of camera and did you see the start before slow ? You will get it if you think
