What about the error that shows that you have different privacy level between your sources? I do not know how to handle it properly, pls help thnks

It may be you don't have full access to the data source due to privacy level.

How can I find username and password for windows authentication? I tried using my login info but it throws error of invalid creds

There are two different authentication methods for connecting to SQL Server: Windows and SQL Server. Windows authentication requires a user to first authenticate to Windows with their login and password. Once a user has been authenticated to Windows, they can then connect to SQL Server using Windows authentication.
