I need some help Steve!! What would be your advice please. I’m weighing in at 85kg. I’m happy with weight and top and bottom. It’s just the last bit of fat around belly and love handles I want to lose. But don’t want to weigh less. Can I stay same weight and train it off?? Or will I need to cut to 80 and try and keep size? Cheers mate
