@@redlinefitnessx With the money he’s making on his supplement and YT businesses, he might not have time to coach too many, single session walk on is probably a “no go” for him. I think someone like Charles Glass charges several hundred per session for his long term customers.

These are bit more bulky than traditional dumbbells but the rubber grips are great for keeping hold. Very comfortable and the weight selection is convenient and easy.

Mountain dog fever in full effect at my gym. Told a few people about the channel after someone asked me why I leg curl before heavy squats. Now the whole gym is doing cage presses, meadows rows, slight decline DBs, etc. spreading like wild fire!

I'd guess that 5 reps @ 65%1RM should only be an RPE of around 2 or 3 (essentially too low to even think in terms of RPE) for the first set, but that metabolic fatigue should give a nice burn by sets 5 and 6 with only 60 seconds of rest

I've been trying out supinated grip for the tricep press exercises (pressdowns, overhead extensions, etc). It's a bit harder to hold onto the bar, but for me, it feels like I'm getting much better tricep contraction and it's really easy to keep my elbows at my side. I might even have to use wrist straps since your grip is pretty horrible that way though... even with noticeably lighter weight than a pronated grip.
