Exactly like Hector says. It is really nice, how you combine the physical aspects of the body with the climbing. Thank so much. The last hour I watched your videos and i guess I will spend even more time on youtube.

Awesome video man!! I'm a biotchnological engeneering student and just started climbing resently and I think the way you apply the metabolic pathway knowlage to climbing is great and perfectly explained! no, he doesn't. Sorry, dude but you got it quite wrong. Muscle fatigue has nothing to do with blood flow, or "a lack of oxygen". There are different kinds of muscle fibers in a muscle. Some of them work only aerobic, some of them only anerobic and there are types, which can do both to some extent. If you perform movements against higher resistances, a lot of the anerobic fibers have to get activated and accumulate lactic acid, which counteract the aerobic and anerobic energy pathways through its acidity.
