*this was such a powerful and humbling workout! felt very strong in the strength movements after finishing the four week program. cardio movements had me sucking wind but the core section was by far my favorite for some reason! loved the clams and deep stabilizing movements, kicks, etc. big calorie burn today! 668 active and 836 total and counting!*

I died a good death with this today.😂 485 kcal (on a Garmin, including active and basic), but I'm small and I modified the second round of burpees bc I just had to🫣 Also, I got noticeably slower at the second half of the last song, which means I might have overrated my ability today. Still happy to have bounced with you and happy to have made it through! You're so motivating! 😁

@@MichelleBriehler thanks for getting back. I jumped barefoot with my yoga socks, I do record myself. What should I be looking for? I focus on making sure my heels are down, but in my mind I’m curling my toes upward.
