Fran gives her account of training with Rowe Strength (RSC) via on line training sessions. She trained on line once every week to a week and a half for approximately 5 months. Have had significant pain through her hips, pelvis, and back for a number of years, Fran was looking to continue her power lifting career, but with a much stronger command of her posture and functional control. Lifting heavy wasn't always the focus here, but rather teaching her body to accept new positions to allow her body to move into appropriate postures so as not to over use and compensate through her lower spine and disks.
