I am total intrigued with how Buddhism studies the mind body connection where's other religions (followed beliefs) study a deity outside oneself that will somehow cure your problems that only you are capable of. Nothing is permanent and everything is subjected to decay, and acceptance is the key, total acceptance not partial, that not fully accepted like holding on, mindfulness is staying in the moment contiously absolutely good or bad is precious moment meant to be experience, fully accepting life on life's terms, the Universal Laws can never be false or broken, when the precious glass accidentally falls and shatters on the floor, of course, the world is just a broken glass subject to decay, thus is more importance to life's lessons to respect and value everything and everyone in your daily lane. If you are unable to help more important don't harm. Mindfulness helps me become my own best friend and frees me from attachments and become friends with the world i just so happen to share . . . This is all!

It is also the Christian edict: ‘Resist not evil’ which appears strange and wrong. However to resist; to oppose, is to give power to what is opposed. Better to let evil die a natural death from its own non-relevance; to life; to truth; to anything. If people are being harmed intervention could be necessary to save innocent people.

In a society where success is often measured by material things, have you ever stopped to consider that ‘non-self’ - the philosophy of not putting oneself at the center of everything in Buddhism - could be the key to living a more meaningful and less painful life?"

More the reason to study mindfulness, it gets progressively better, keep taping a little a time like the 3 things to write down in the morning to be grateful for, those people are just problems momentarily in your mind, problems are just pot holes that spring you to resolutions. If you are here searching for answers you care that much, keep caring. Hope you have a great day.

How does the practice of 'detachment' in Buddhism differ from becoming indifferent or disengaged from the world?
@tasiapurcell23263 ай бұрын
It’s about accepting an outcome although it may be different from what you want/expect (fixation). Not saying that it doesn’t matter but it simply “is what it is”.
@ZenMaster-v9u3 ай бұрын
@@tasiapurcell2326 The idea is about embracing the outcome, even if it differs from your expectations or desires. It's not about saying that the outcome doesn’t matter, but rather accepting that it simply "is what it is."?

In a word "ownership" the difference between taking on the world's problems on your self alone, or being aware of them and being able to let go and be at peace The difference is you "let go" not ignore and evade

The Gospel is more profound not only with inward thinking but outwards too. Yes, we are our selves without question. The difference is faith in what we innately know is true. Choose wisely my friends.
