I love watching ted talks with so few comments . It makes me feel like a pioneer on a mountain top and being on of the first to plant my flag here. I will come back here one year later and compare. This is an amazing talk that i learned alot from

You are amazing! I am 70 and was in a triple rollover car accident on the interstate but have completed my first half marathon a month after turning 70. Hope to complete a marathon. Timing for me is imperative as I have spinal cord injuries with fibromyalgia. A couple of years after beginning, I completely lost all depression.

During TED events you are not allowed to promote yourself or anyone else… Actually, I had him mentioned by name but the organizing committee required me to take it out. Every other talk and interview I’ve done I speak very honestly about the impact he has had on my life. I wrote A book called “Recovery Run” that has an entire third of a chapter dedicated to him and his message.
