I am actually part of a more comprehensive study for this machine. It’s a 12 week study to see what real results can get from the power plate.

I would love to know the name of the study when it's published! That's super exciting! What's being researched?

@@ScienceBasedFitness Studying the effects of whole body vibration training on blood vessel function, muscle health, and gut health. I will try to find out in a couple of weeks when I go in for more tests to see when the results will be published.

@@mimigolden9783 I am still only required to do three times a week, but am now up to 20 minutes total time. I do see an increase in squat strength but the overall muscle and bone growth will be seen in August when I go back in for the final check.

I want to get the personal for the price, yet I want it to work like the move, I want same beneifits. Which one do you think I should get?
@ScienceBasedFitness3 жыл бұрын
The Personal is just as effective. It still has all the same vibration benefits and comes with the same straps/ handles and remote. I think the only differences are; the personal isn’t as tall, has a per set frequency, and a max weight load of 264lbs vs 300lbs. The weight its self of the personal is less so would be easier to move alone. If you are interested in the power plate personal, I added a link in the description. The affiliate program I use have a discounted price “as of night now 7/14/2021”. Hope This was helpful!
