13:54 I 100% agree with Ron "The Wolverine" Bata with using the Slap on one (1) count, you'll never know when it's coming your opponent has 30 seconds to make A hit on you, So you're opponent can just easily slap you or, Wait 12 or 13 seconds then slap you or, Wait 20 seconds to do it. So just like what Ron said "You never expect it so you never know when the slap is coming it throws people off even it throws him off."

It’s for the story, for people to buy into the strikers. Most fighters get their money from sponsors not from prize money, so Dana is giving them a platform for those opportunities. They do fighter stories for mma leagues too. There are other leagues that are on here. Keep in mind this is Dana’s origin for SLAP he wants it to do well so that long term buy in is important.
