I'm left with more questions than answers. It was a fun trip though.

Chris Doohan? Good job guys. I had the up most honor of meeting his dad on a few occasions.

The cool part is that Chris' dad played the part of Thelin in the original animated series. Pretty sweet tribute.

The music came from the TAS DVDs...there is a track that can be ripped that is just the sound track

Should you ever decide to revisit these, the only thing lacking in comparison to the originals IMO is getting some characters off the ship and into a trippy 1970s sci-fi planetscape. Other than the prevalence of bottle episodes these are incredibly authentic.

Some constructive criticism? The ONLY thing you need to work on is your timing (the rhythm of your story). Sometimes it seems like you try put too much explanation and dialogue into each episode. This has a tendancy to make your episode "drag" in certain areas. I have fallen victim to this as well in several fan fictions I have written. It's hard to know what to leave out. Overall, though I think this was absolutely brilliant and you guys should be very proud.

Very well done. Are your animated episodes part of the same canon as your live action ones?

Superb! :) You guys could also rotoscope Filmations stock footage from their other cartoons as well. Just because they had to heavily limit animation doesnt mean that you should too. :) BTW, how did you get TAS music?

Not bad, not bad at all. Did you make this or was this a show in the seventies? If u did make this, I like how you used classic old animation to create a KZbin series that reminds people of old T.V cartoons.

Thanks for posting this. I enjoyed it. One question: What is wrong with Captain Carr? Is he from Pittsburgh?
@starshipfarragut15 жыл бұрын
Um, this was a tribute to the original. Not a reinvention of TAS

Very cool! Do you mind if I ask what software was used to create this? The credits mention which companies made it but not the specific programs.

For more in depth conversation regarding the specific software titles, I would recommend talking with Michael Struck of Neo-Fx.com

I've checked the Neo-Fx.com website, and yours actually. Both of them lead to content that is not associated with their field. Please advise.

Writing was above average (god use of cliffhangers and chara cters but left more loose ends than a stinkin' TNG ep), animation was exceptional, voice acting left something to be desired---too flat. On the whole, a very good job. Plans for the future?
