Thank you again for reminding me about this great tool. A couple of years ago you made a video explaining the advantages one might gain from using it , so I went and bought one ( I don't have the old one I got when I was young) . I'm still using it twice a week and have excellent results. Thank you Sensei Scott 🙂👍🥋

What part of the forearms this work? Also i think when holding this with reverse grip its work the forearms more

Pretty much the entire forearm gets a workout.

I really thought about getting one of these, they seem cool. I've seen a review say that they lose tension over time, have you had that happen?

That is true. It does take a while however as they are pretty rugged. I've been using power twisters for a long time and have gone through several of them over the years. In my personal experience, I have tended to move to a stronger level of tension as the years have gone by, but I did wear out my first 60 kilogram implement and had to replace it as that is the one I have most often used.
