I mean, seriously how much fun can you have working out? This was so much fun.🤩 I loved it and I appreciate that It’s easy to follow and You don’t have to think to hard about what you’re doing and you get a great all over body burn. 🔥 You challenge us all in ways that we can make work for us so thank you.👏 I then did the new Body Bar 😂 workout which I absolutely loved 🫶 I really appreciate the great content that you give for all of us more mature people😂 I just turned 76 Friday and I love that I can still move with you every day 🤗
