Wow!! I know it's yoga when you have your breath with you and I know that there was a shavasana at the end!... Buuuut... This felt more like a FIERCE workout for me! Well... I also somehow managed to do the yogi push-ups on the same side so I "had" to throw in 2xyogi push-ups on the other side during the next two rounds, which felt like a mistake at the time haha. Thought I'd do a short yoga to be a bit lazy today - little did I know. I managed to smile, have fun, challenge myself and swim through my sweat into a perfect shavasana in which I felt like rubber - soft, connected, strong but flexible. Come.what.may! 21/6/22 Happy international Yoga day. I completed the practice well unfortunately I couldn't do the *peacock pose (arm balance variation ). You mentioned that the way you breath is always going to impact your ment state. This really hit hard. Thanks Travis Eliot
