☼ Thank you Yogea and Hara Zi for this powerful and opening full body flow! The message was beautiful and this practice pushed me to trust my body to new bounds. Following the breath and each movement truly gave me access to the flow of energy in my body and I felt the empowerment by the end of this sequence. Thank you for sharing this creative flow! Namaste. ☼

Thank you for these encouraging words, dear Senya. You are a powerhouse of infinite charge and wisdom and tapping it is so "empowering". So glad you benefited from Hara's flow. She is an amazing teacher!

SO very thankful that I found your site a few months ago. I have been practicing for 10 years and I have never done some of these side bend variations and just some of the flows together in general. So rejuvenating and really awakening. Thank you very much!

I love most Yogea Artflow videos. The creativity & flow is very inspiring to me as a yoga instructor in Malaysia. My students enjoy elements of the videos that I incorporate into some of my themed classes. Thank you for your generosity & kindness in sharing

+Sakunthala Sambanthan Dear Sakunthala, We are thrilled to provide fodder and inspiration for your classes and students. It is so wonderful to connect with so many kindred spirits like you in the world through the Yogea channel and inspire one another. Together we spark a new kind of creative revolution to re-imagine the practice of Yoga. Thank you for walking the path with us. God bless your teaching and the teacher that is you. Love and Light!

I have been following your site for several years and always enjoy your creativity and cues. This, however, to me was your best in that I could follow it better and there were not soooo many poses linked to one side before moving to other side. Also the familiarity of Sun Salutes allowed grounding. LOVED it! You succeeded in your goal of "Powerful" flow and intention. THANK YOU!

Jane Watkins Dear Jane, Thank you so much for helping us improve our overall instructional quality and pacing. I hear you- less is more, and based on your comment we will offer less poses, maintaining the originality of the flow, but making sure that the pace and the narration make it easy to follow. Although we don't warm up with Sun Salutes very often, as you mentioned it is good to know what you're doing without needing a visual reference. We will keep it in mind for future sequences. It is so precious when someone like you takes the time to give us constructive feedback. Honestly, we have grown throughout the years only because we can communicate and commune with viewers and yogis like you. Sending you appreciation and light for your practice and into your life. Thank you back!

Okay, I watched one from awhile back and could not follow it for the life of me. It was too fast. This was perfect. Love the sequences and how it was outside the box of "traditional" yoga..Thank you! :)

Thank you for your candid remark, dear Jennifer. I am glad you could follow this one, and hopefully all the recent ones that are slower past, better instructed and still outside the traditional yoga box. Long live creativity. Namaste!

I love your creative approach to yoga . Can I request yoga with props ? Blocks, straps, blankets ( not in a yin practice but adding the props as a challenge to the flow =) thank you 🙏🏼
@YogeaArtFlowYoga6 жыл бұрын
Dear Marcia, Thank you so much for your brilliant idea. Of course we can offer some routines with props to enhance the poses and make the flow more diverse and challenging. I have made a note and will execute on this as soon as possible. Will keep you posted. Thanks again for letting me pick on your brain. Namaste!

Thanks so much for the feedback. It is really important in shaping the future class menu. All of Yogea's classes are creative as it has earned its singular style throughout the years. I suggest you look into Yogea's advanced and intermediate routines. There is plenty of classes that resemble this one. But, yes I will be offering more of this type as well. Thanks so much for sharing your impression. Namaste!

Dear Mitra, Glad you enjoyed the routine. Yes the power pose in the side is a little tricky, but if you are into that kind of poses you can hone it with consistence practice. More empowering routines to come. Stay tuned and keep up your great practice!

I loved this sequence and flow. Just want to say though, that I'm not so fond of the narration. It sounds a bit too corporate and mechanical. That may just be my preference, but I prefer a voice that sounds less polished and more natural.
@YogeaArtFlowYoga6 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for this constructive feedback. I tend to agree with you a 100%. Now that I listen to the voice it bothers me, too. And I have made a note to work on the natural energy of the voice and narration. Thanks again. Namaste!
@beinghere.doingnow26406 жыл бұрын
Yogea Yoga You're so welcome, and thank you! It's good to hear that you agree. It's a really great sequence. I'd love to see more of your videos with more natural voiceovers (maybe the voice of the person in the video doing the narration and cueing, not sure if that's you... I think it would feel more energetically cohesive that way). Many blessings and Namaste. 🙏

where is she rushing? has a bus to catch? unfair, was impossible to concentrate as was so stressful with the intensity of the flow. its not a successful one as its just a rush. even if its a power yoga you should give some moments to feel the posture or to actually do it.
@YogeaArtFlowYoga5 жыл бұрын
Dear Cristea, This sequence was requested by viewers and users who wanted a fast pace, but I couldn't agree with you more - it is at times too fast to grasp and experience. Check out recent posts that are done at a much more reasonable pace and are better instructed. Always striving for excellence and way to improve thanks to comments like yours. Namaste!
