interesting, powerball 3.0 seems to be like cocs ~3,25 because its between 3 and 3.5. if 250 is 130 what I found is also heavier than cocs 2.5 because cocs is like rgc 124? so similiar if it 'd be cocs then ~2.75

I am not happy with the quality of the video as u can barely see what is on the screen. I will make some gripper measurements i have got now the CPW grippers and the GHP. Also will make a video how to a make a very simple and cheap RGC device.

what RGC means ? Is the 250 like the coc 2.5 and 300 coc 3 ??

RGC is a measurement. CoC 3 average is 149 RGC; while coc 2.5 is 126

@@davebrown3807 2 times per week including other forearm exercise. Reps betwen 5 and 10 is good in the start. Take it from there and see how u do.
