If you're really struggling post-surgery (ACL, arthroscopy, total knee replacements) and you have lost the full range of knee flexion and it's really tight in the front of the knee, then I will show you how to get more knee flexion in your knee and get the A-P glide movement better - at home using a power band.
This stretch replicates what we do in the clinic to help improve the glide and the stretch of the knee.
