World's Strongest Bodybuilder, world record-holding powerlifter (retired), and successful entrepreneur, Stan Efferding joins us in studio for what might be our best episode ever. We pick Stan's brain about what it takes to overcome failure and recapture success, gaining and losing weight, and whether bodybuilding is a career, among other topics.
Wait until you hear what he has to say about "If it fits your macros" and whether he'll lift in a meet again.
Mark Bell hosts with Michael Farr and Jim McDonald.

Why do you all wear headphones, do you have a producer giving directions, or do you have music playing in the back ground I am a radio presenter and dont wear headphones anymore ,esp when voice tracking. It just seems weird to see you all wearing cans...... if you were skyping maybe..... Just a thought guys. Great setup btw
@TheJimMcD3SB
@TheJimMcD3SB 6 жыл бұрын
Well this over three years ago, and this show has ended now, but we had used Skype pretty regularly up to this point. The cans are 100% required for Skype. Beyond that, the headphones helped people who were not used to talking into a microphone stay on mic, and be less likely to get too loud and clip. I was producing the show, and by the end I was the only one still monitoring (and I was wearing in-ears rather than cans).
