Now as you grow up you take the role of a pleaser in order to have people stay with you for fear of abandonment. The jealous person you are dealing with; is in fact one of your greatest teachers. As you judge them, you judge yourself. Do you see what I’m saying? This person is in your life to show you that you are uncomfortable with being a people pleaser. I hope you can open your mind to a larger perspective, instead of blaming the person, look within yourself. What quality within you draws you to this type of person. I lately have felt frustrated, quick to anger, and easily annoyed and that isn't my nature. I have also felt shaky and nervous at night and it felt like something was moving my mattress a little to get my attention.
