Wonderful build, a few questions did you taper the dowels before glue up? How thick must your work table be to use these IE 19 mm or much thicker

@@TreeAnWood At 7:53 you are gluing the dowel to the head of the hold down I had noticed that it appears that you had chamfered the bottom of the dowel 7:56 Did you also taper the dowels you made at the beginning of this video or did you leave it at the same diameter?

Thank you for your question and interest. The diameter of the head hole is 25 mm. And the diameter of the dowels is actually 26 mm. I sanded it to a diameter of the dowels that would fit tightly.
