Teal when I first started watching your videos I felt overwhelmed with the sheer amount of information you have presented over the years and honestly was very confused and having a difficult time understanding. However I wasn't discouraged by this and continued progressing on my path. And now several years later every video I watch makes perfect sense, and I can see the cohesion between all of your teachings. It's like every video and teaching is a puzzle piece that has slowly come together to form a beautiful harmonious mosaic. Very grateful for you, thank you 🙏🏻

I felt very much the same as you did Evan, when I first started watching Teal's videos. She redefines some words, and some "experts" frown upon this... but I see the value in that, because words too are meaningful, and she takes even the language back. I won't go as far as to say that every single thing she says is 100% accurate reflection of My truth. But... she seems to have a very good head on her shoulders, and I don't really care whether everything is 100% accurate or not. Because I got a mind of my own and I am capable enough of processing the information. Another guru of mine, Paul Chek, said that "don't let teachings get in the way of your education". What he ment by that (in his own words too), that a lot of the time people with degrees and "high training" like university and college and such, let whatever dogma they learned there to do the thinking for them and just regurgitate what they have proof-read. Why I say this, so that whoever reads this may be better than that, and keep in mind the value of having your own truths and speaking by them, even if in future retrospect those truths might seem foolish. Biiiiiiig thanks to Teal and everyone doing their work. We need more wisdom in the world of monkeys (human beings without ethics) having guns.
2:52 1. Spend time around children, join their world and their ways 2. Be in the present moment, take the full impact of the now 3. Play - for enjoyment & recreation. With no purpose or outcome of the activity. What’s your impulse to play? 4. Try new things & experience old things like it’s your first time! Reignite your state of wonder, does it need to make sense? 5. Be curious - keep your mind active. start from a place of not knowing. the world of music isn’t the same as the world of acting. Be a traveller 6. Be radically honest. Restore your sense of honesty 7. Let other people help you, connect with your needs. powerfully understand your needs and realize the importance of meeting these needs 8. Identify the qualities you see in children that you want to reown - creativity? curiosity? care free? the more awakened one becomes, the more a wise child you’ll be!

I've always had a more fun time with children, and felt like they were the easiest people to be around. I started to come to the conclusion that I really love humans and humanity. When I made that realization; it was because I had spent so much time with children, I realized children are the only ones that allow themselves to be human. So rather I think the Teaching "Be like a Child." Is actually "Become a Human again."

Last week I was walking down the road I have walked many, many times. I picked up a yellow flower, then an interesting yellow leaf. Then I began a game of it to see how many yellow things I could find from nature. At the end I had a handful of different leaves and flowers that were all yellow. It took me into the childlike space. From one perspective it was “pointless” but I saw through the eyes of the child. It was a game, and it felt like I was playing with life and that my hands were full of treasure because I really saw what I was holding. I think that’s one of the sad things of “growing up”- we stop really seeing the world. A precious leaf or flower becomes “just another” leaf or flower... But when I stare into a flower I see the face of God. Thank you, Teal.

I actually disagree. The whole point of soul evolution is to evolve " out" of being like a child. 1)Children don't accept reality and thus live in fantasy. 2) Children are ego centric.....they only think about themselves 3) children are bullies. 4) Children are irresponsible. 5) Children always want what someone else has. Putin/ Trump are both YOUNG souls ....sociopaths/narcissists. Both act like children trying to take what they don't deserve. Be the opposite.

@Missgurrllwhatt? Not at all....you're just too sentimental about childhood. You're buying into the whole notion that somehow " naivete" is virtuous. However, another word for " naive" is " stupid". And the whole point of reincarnation is to evolve out of " stupid". But geesh before you go spouting things that you haven't thought through, please at least understand that " flaud" is actually spelled "flawed". Wtf.

Teal, you truly are a collective treasure. I am new to watching your videos and I’ve learned so much that was still left for me to work out with my own healing and trauma even after having addressed some of the same issues in therapy. I appreciate your energy and unique way of teaching spirituality and the process of healing. I always leave a video with a new way of looking at whatever is being addressed. So I say all that to say, thank you so much for sharing this! I have always loved children and being around them, especially babies because EVERYTHING in the world is new and fascinating to them. I took my nephew outside this past Christmas and we sat in the grass (he lives in a concrete city and doesn’t get outside much 😄) and he immediately became fascinated with the grass! It was so beautiful to see his amazement at these blades of grass and his desire to show me his new found treasure. Listening to your video has shown me how I can incorporate into my life all these amazing qualities that I admire so much in children. And I’m so excited to begin! Asé to you! 🙏🏾 💜

The advice about trying old things as if new; is awe-inspiring. Especially feeling hindered as a child and that created so much anxiety in my life. New things were opportunities to mess up, to be wrong: instead of exciting and curious. I LOVE engaging children and listening to them to discover their way of thinking. I think it's so sad when I see a fellow parent shun their child for being a child. I used to think I disliked children...but it was actually my damage from childhood effecting me. Then I became a parent and discovered how damaged that part of me was. I wanted to be better for my kid. Suprisingly now I wish I had become an elementary teacher and still think about opening my own school one day....💭 I honestly only started to lose my childlike wonder and sense of play when enough people around me were critical of this. As long as you're not harming yourself/others not shunning important responsibility of course; then play!! As a child I don't remember being very happy, I don't remember being allowed free impulse to play. I was raised to coddle a narissitic single mom. I was raised very early on to primarily look to make others happy. I've had to learn to be like a child in that sense....having the natural boundaries of not caring THAT much what others think. To have fun and be happy without worrying about looking silly/crazy. Haha 🤣 Being a traveler of worlds is also fantastic. I am so grateful. I literally want to travel and not sure I will be able to. But not keeping oneself in the box of being an employee, or always being only a mom, or only a wife...etc..?! That is harder than being blunt imo. Always have had a hard time asking for help. Constant lesson for me. Lol

I recall when I was a child… and my first experiences with grade-school, my childhood activity was interrupted …and the news information sent to my parents… (I was in trouble often because I brought play toys); As an adult my play time became interrupted due to religion… (though in some respects it was the best thing I have done/and the worst thing I have done); But yes, I believe we need to have a ‘child-like’ attitude and curiosity… which becomes ‘magical’ when we want to manifest something in using our ‘imagination’.

Calcified thinking. Rut. Being the opposite of the rut, change, grow elsewhere. I'm concerned a draft is here. I'm 41 and no child needs to go to war. I'll go instead. That's how I feel. I'm tired of decade three of the Serbians and Italians unhappy. I told both sides, yes, mom and dad are passed on I'm left. I can't stay well, myself or sober near them. As long as I stand on my own art I'm me. My art and identity are tied up. I tell myself I'm Linda first the art is a process. Flow with my creating nice art everyday is a new day. My art has backgrounds and sometimes the background is set but the subject of my art isnt there yet. A few days ago I found the subject for the painting but it took 41 years to get there it's why no rush no hurry no destruction onle creation, soul progression

Teal! That is some amazing advice! 😍 Thank you so much for this video, I have always pondered upon the value of "having fun" - it seems like we discard it as we grow up, which is very unfortunate as I believe this is where all of our creativity lies. Being able to enJOY ("embody joy") and have FUN is the key ☺

Lately, I’ve been doodling and coloring in my journal just for the hell of it. It’s been so cool to be reminded of how much I used to do this😃.

Teal has an ad of herself before her video. Not in/during. Before. One that you can skip. Did I skip it? Nope. I'm for this. 👍🏼

The secret to genius is to carry the inner child into adulthood. Forgot who said that, was it Mark Twain? You always say what I need to hear, I needed to restore my faith in the Higher Power, Ithink IT speaks to me through you. Thank you for this and btw thank you for not being like all those KZbinrs that just want to make money and find new ways to exploit people and lie to people, just for clout and money.

pps I also try to put myself in others shoes, by asking myself how I would feel in there shoes, but ultimately we do not know there life experiences or how they see the world. So we can only guess at how we would feel to gage an idea. Life is so hard but so simple at the same time. I think we all need to go back to being children like you said, and learn or re learn how to connect to earth, back to roots, learn the trees flowers etc etc get rid of materialism, it dont make anybody happy.
