The way Col Akhoury emphasised and brought out some sterling qualities, personality development pointers, leadership qualities, and how a person can be groomed from how n where ever he has emerged from, provided he wants to change himself, are all amply ,& explicitly , explained in a simple ,language, and illustrated by short stories from his personal experiences ;how his mentors helped him shape himself to what he has become today.Feel proud, that he has laid credit on others rather than on himself ( many a folks would not be so forthcoming in their admissions).His emphasis on daily deliberate action discipline, and strict adherence to rules set for himself for further progression, have stood him in good stead. Hope , people listen to him and learn a few things that they could/should imbibe for further self progression n excellence. We have seen him grow from a young straddling junior officer, to where he stands tall today, all ready to take on the world.We wish him all the very best in the coming years.
