thanks yor for offering ! i have one misdunderstanding which is about the way the breathing is directed, is it like "reverse abdominal breathing" so when you inhale the breath go in upper body and when you exhale there is the expansion of the belly and directing the chi in the lower dantien ? thanks you for clarification 🙏

Hello, thank you for the question. Yes they probably wouldn't interfere with each other however if you've found a path and system you like I might suggest just sticking with that system. These traditional systems are developed over great lengths of time for specific reasons so personally I feel it's wise to stick to one you enjoy.

Real tummo is much more involved and has many preliminaries. But in a nutshell: inhale, inhale again, hold at the dan tien (to create the heat) for as long as possible and exhale. look up the 5 tsa lung exercises and 9 breathings of purification.... two public tummo teaching out on youtube.
