Thank you for reacting to Zhou Shen's performance. I saw so many reactors react to him on the internet and their subscribers went up so fast in a short time. He is a very talented and polite and humble person he is but he went through so much in his life to get where he is now. When he was young while puberty hit, his voice didn't catch up and he got bullied so much as people called him names, called him a sissy and all sort of bad words and makes him didn't want to sing for a long time and he tried to force his voice as low as he can so that those people will leave him alone. But he loves singing and he went to a website on the internet before he got famous which he can choose only using his voice to sing and not showing his face. That kind of bullying or all kinds of bullying should not be happening these days. However, when he was young he went to Ukraine studied dentistry but he doesn't like it. So he changes to Classical music. Finally, he entered a singing show in china back in 2014 but he didn't get too much attention or success on that. After that, he got recognized and for his hard work. He got one very successful person noticing him and that person willing to help him with his money to helped Zhou Shen published his first album. Zhou Shen likes to combine Classical music and pop music together to introduce to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very very wide and he can sing at least 9 languages. He got so many performances on KZbin now for you to check if you like or if you need my help to recommend some of his performances in the future, you can let me know. He is very famous now around the world. He got so many people reacted to his performances around the world nowadays and they loved his talented and professional vocal skills. But even still have some reactors did some bad jobs while they were reacting to him, they only mentioned and focus so much on his female vocal or saying that when they close their eyes, they will not believe it was a man singing. Everyone knows that is true but is it that necessary to point out that when they know about his background history. I know that was not their intention to do so but don't you think we should all at least show some respect to any talented singers? I think as a person who uploads any singing reaction videos, they should not base on that, they should focus on the singing skills and performances of any singers. Don't you think? I like your reaction to his performance. You didn't try to offend him at all and I can see you are enjoying his performance and wondered about his talent. The first one I can recommend to you to react to is a song called 'Baby, goodbye' from the Singer 2020 show'. In this performance, Zhou Shen combined 2 famous old Russian songs together. In the beginning, he sang in Russian because the original song was sung in Russian, and in the second part, he sang in Mandarin because that song was translated into Chinese back in the 50s and got very famous in China. Of course, Zhou Shen using his own unique skill to interpreter this song. As I said he tried to combine Classical and pop music together. He did a great job on that. I have watched some Chinese shows, many of them have behind the screen arrangements. For this show, around 3 months length with many competitions every week. Many of participants are professional singers/composers, they have tight schedule to work on and cannot make themselves available for some week recording sessions. Zhou Shen is one of them, he cannot join the 3rd week session in which the won team must attended, the elimination seems to be planned. And I agreed that after replaying multiple time, i can see the female judge's comment is ... correct. I enjoyed each performance in the show, not only from ZS. As a fan of ZS, I realised how much he has improved after this show, gained new friends, got new view on next steps in career path. That's what I really appriciated.
