@@NoFate247 there’s not much I can criticize. I prefer a rower to an air bike, but everything else is pretty similar to my setup including the Bells lat tower!

Yeah, that's probably what I'd do but I know he's dead lifting every workout and competes so I get why he has the platform.@@scooobyj8714
